Delivery & Returns

8I8I‘s IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES & PACKAGES DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT OR DELIVERY. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RE-SHIPPING.


PROCESSING TIME

  • Please allow 1-3 business days for normal processing time. Allow an additional 2-4 business days during busy periods.

  • Additional processing period may be necessary based on inventory availability. Refer to the specific product description for Backorder Alerts, Current Shipping Times, & Preorder Order Notices.

  • Quoted delivery days displayed at checkout are estimated transit times after your order has been shipped.

  • Packages are shipped in the order they are placed based on availability.

  • 8I8I’s is not responsible for courier shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages. We do not compensate for delivery delays.

  • Shipping methods may change without further notice based on current available shipping service and/or as we see fit on a case by case basis.

  • Shipping is non-refundable.

 

Returns

Returned items must comply with out return policy:

  • Notify within 2 weeks - Notification about returning the unwanted item must be communicated within 2 weeks after delivery.

  • An Reture Number is required for all returns and exchanges. We reserve the right to refuse return shipments without an authorize RN

  • All fees related to delivery/returns are responsibility of the purchaser.

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all the original tags/labels attached. We will inspect items individually to approve the condition of all returned goods.

  • Return must be made with the proof of purchase.

  • Discounted items are not eligible for returns.

  • Accessories are not eligible for returns.

  • Returns will be refunded to your original account within 1-3 business days. Your bank may take 2-5 business days to process the return.

  • You may receive store credit for returns/defects/missing items. Store credit do not expire.

  • If the return item doesn’t meet the return policy terms, company remains the right to refuse to refund the purchaser.

Exchanges

Exchange items must comply with out return policy:

  • Notify within 2 weeks - Notification about exchanging the unwanted item must be communicated within 2 weeks after delivery.

  • All fees related to delivery/returns are responsibility of the purchaser.

  • Exchanges for the same item in a different size will not incur any additional charges.

  • If exchanging into a lower price product a partial credit is issued by the company.

  • If exchanging into a higher price product, additional cost must be covered by the purchaser.

Taxes and duties 

The prices of products are expressed in EUR, inclusive of taxes, but excluding customs duties.

You may be charged customs duties for something purchased online because: Duties are not included in the price of the goods you purchase online.

Unfortunately we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price.

8I8I‘s cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.
